About NDT
The field of NDT is a very broad, inter disciplinary field that plays a crucial role in inspection the structural components and systems perform their function in a reliable fashion.
Certain standards has been also implemented to assure the reliability of the NDT tests and prevents certain errors due to either the fault in the equipments used, the miss-application of the methods (or) the skill and the knowledge of the inspectors.
Successful NDT tests allow locating and characterizing material conditions and flaws that might otherwise cause planes to crash, reactors to fail, trains to derail, pipelines to burst and variety of less visible, but equally troubling events. however these techniques generally require considerable operator skill and interpreting test results accurately may be difficult because the results can be subjective.

Liquid Penetrant Testing [ LPT ]
Dye penetrant inspection is also called as Liquid Penetrant Testing (or) Penetrant testing is a widely applied and low cost inspection method used to check surface. Breaking defeats in all non porous material.
Magnetic Particle Testing [ MPT ]
Magnetic particle inspection ia a non destructive testing process for detecting surface and shallow sub surface discontinued in ferro magnetic materials such as Iron, Nickel, cobalt and some of their Alloys.
Ultrasonic Testing [ UT ]
Use High frequency sound waves pass through the material to find out material internal and external discontinuites.
Radiography Testing [ RT ]
Industrial Radiography is a modality of non destructive testing hat uses ionizing radiation to inspect materials and components with the objectives of locating and quantifying defects and degradation in material properties that would lead to the failure of engineering structures.
Advanced NDT [ ANDT ]
Advanced non-destructive testing (ANDT) comprises a wide range of NDT techniques based on innovative technologies to inspect and analyze anomalies in assets with less disruption to operations. Compared with conventional NDT, it provides quicker results and improves accuracy while being cost-effective.
